Each group will have a chance to read and briefly present at least two classic articles on change management published by Harvard Business Review, Cambridge University Press, and the like.

The  introductory lecture will be mainly based on Leading Strategic Change : Bridging Theory and Practice by Eric Flamholtz, and Yvonne Randle.


We shall cover the  first three chapters from this book which deals on an integrative framework for leading strategic and organizational change.
