Discussion Question 1.1 The Integrated framework for leading strategic and organizational change


 Describe the Flamholtz and Randle (2008) Integrated Framework for Leading Strategic and Organizational change. What is the significance of such a model for you as a leader?

  1. As a leader for leading and strategic change taking in to consideration the six plus one(business foundation) is very crucial. It is because, strategic change is not only about a specific title rather it is a result of an integrated concepts. failing to taking in to account even one of the key factors of the frame work, results in failure of the over all mission of the organization. For example, missing corporate culture results in lack of employees interest, operating out of beliefs, norms of the society! In general, it results in operating beyond the interests of the hardware part of the organization which has an effect on the motivation of the employees. In the similar way, if a manager ignores the marketing function, s/he won't know in which market to operate and what market to join, how to operate in the existing market and so on. similarly, the other factors also have their own contribution.
